50 Ton Double Girder EOT Crane

.K. Engineering’s 50 Ton Double Girder EOT Crane is engineered as a high‑performance overhead travelling crane for demanding industrial environments where high capacity, stability, and precise load handling are critical. The dual‑girder bridge design provides superior rigidity, higher hook height, and better load distribution than single‑girder cranes, making it ideal for handling large, bulky, or heavy components across bays and production lines.

Designed for a rated capacity of 50 tons with customizable span (typically up to around 30–40 m) and lifting height (commonly in the 6–30 m range), the crane integrates an electric wire rope hoist mounted on a trolley running on the top of the girders. Variable or dual‑speed hoisting, cross travel, and long travel drives enable smooth acceleration, precise positioning, and reduced load swing, supporting medium to heavy duty work cycles in applications such as steel handling, machine shop operations, fabrication yards, and general industrial warehouses.

The crane structure uses robust steel box or I‑beam girders, heavy‑duty end carriages, and corrosion‑resistant components suitable for indoor or outdoor installation, depending on the project requirement. Electrical systems typically operate on a three‑phase industrial supply (e.g., 380–415 V, 50 Hz) and can be configured with pendant, radio remote, or cabin controls for ergonomic and safe operation.

Safety is built in through overload protection, limit switches on all motions, emergency stop circuits, rail stops, and optional anti‑collision and sway‑control features to protect operators, equipment, and structures. Supported by S.K. Engineering’s manufacturing and service capabilities in EOT cranes and electric wire rope hoists, this 50 Ton Double Girder EOT Crane offers a dependable, customizable solution for customers seeking long‑life, low‑maintenance heavy lifting equipment.
