1 Ton Single Girder EOT Crane

S.K. Engineering Company offers a 1 Ton Single Girder EOT Crane engineered for light to medium-duty material handling in factories, warehouses, and process plants. These cranes combine a compact single-girder design with an electric hoist and end carriages to provide smooth, precise lifting and cross-travel in constrained spaces

The 1 Ton Single Girder EOT Crane is typically available with customizable span and lifting height options, making it suitable for applications such as loading–unloading, inter-bay transfer, and assembly line handling. Standard designs in this class commonly support lifting heights from about 6 m upwards and can be tailored to site conditions for runway length, control options, and duty class.
To ensure safety and reliability, these cranes are generally equipped with limit switches for lifting and cross travel, emergency stop, overload protection, and robust wire rope or chain hoists. Structural components are designed as per standard EOT crane practices and relevant IS/DIN/ISO norms to provide long service life, low deflection, and stable operation even under frequent start–stop cycles.
The single-girder configuration reduces self-weight and building load compared to double-girder systems, helping to optimize the cost of both crane and supporting structure. With efficient motors and drives, maintenance requirements remain low, while optional features such as variable frequency drives (VVF/VFD) can be offered for smoother, jerk-free motion and accurate load positioning

S.K. Engineering, based in Ahmedabad, is an established manufacturer of EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, and related material handling systems, allowing end users to source complete solutions including fabrication, installation, and after-sales support. The 1 Ton Single Girder EOT Crane can thus be integrated into new or existing sheds with matching runway beams, power supply arrangements, and operator control (pendant, radio remote, or cabin where applicable).
