1 Ton Under Slung Crane

designed for plants and warehouses where conventional EOT cranes or runway columns are difficult to install. This ceiling‑mounted, single‑girder underslung system travels on tracks suspended from the building structure, ensuring maximum hook coverage while keeping the shop floor completely clear for men, machines and material movement.

With a rated capacity of 1 ton, this underslung crane is ideal for continuous light to medium‑duty operations such as component handling, assembly line feeding, maintenance jobs and small goods transfer. The design follows standard industrial crane practices for A3–A5 working class, offering stable lifting, low deadweight and smooth trolley travel for accurate load positioning.

Key advantages include optimized use of low headroom, elimination of floor‑mounted columns, and flexible integration into existing structures, making it a smart solution for new projects as well as plant modernisation. Options such as electric wire rope or chain hoists, pendant or radio remote controls, variable frequency drives and customized spans or lifting heights can be provided to match specific site conditions and workflow requirements.
